Piyali! We’re honored that you’re feeling called to connect with our community.
Our Signal group is a space for connection, learning, and shared practice—an extension of our shared values, practices, and relationships. To help maintain a respectful and aligned environment, we invite all who are interested in joining to first review who we are.

Our Signal group is a shared space for connection, communication, and community care. The following agreements help guide how we interact with one another so that the space remains respectful, intentional, and supportive for all:
Communicate with respect and care. We engage with one another in ways that are thoughtful, kind, and grounded in mutual respect.
Be mindful of tone and intent. Written messages can be easily misinterpreted. We encourage clarity in how we communicate and encourage contributions that are relevant to the community and supportive of collective engagement.
Uphold liberatory and anti-white supremacy values as a foundation of this community. This includes commitments to equity, collective liberation, accountability, cultural respect, and awareness of systemic oppression, including patriarchy and its impacts. It also affirms respect for trans rights and the dignity of all gender identities. Alongside this, we hold values that support a healthy and self-sustained community, such as mutual care, responsibility, integrity, transparency, consent, reciprocity, and a willingness to learn and grow. These values guide the purpose of this space and how we relate to one another and sustain our collective work.
Honor privacy. What is shared in this space stays within this space. We do not screenshot, share, or distribute messages outside the group without consent.
Avoid self-promotion. This space is not intended for advertising personal services, businesses, or external projects unless explicitly invited or relevant to community programming.
Support a balanced and considerate group dynamic. Be mindful of how frequently you post and how your participation contributes to the overall flow of the group.
Engage in accountability when needed. If misunderstandings arise, we address them directly, respectfully, and with a willingness to listen and learn.
